Recognizing that education is an indispensable value for societies, we treat all prospective teachers with the same care, regardless of individual, race, language, or culture, and and guided by the principle that “a tree is bent while it is young,” we recognize the importance of conveying knowledge in the most accurate manner for the future of our country. As the Department of Elementary Education, our goal is to train teacher candidates who will enable elementary school students—who have just taken their first steps into life—to actively participate in social life following the initial education they receive at home, to reach the future with accurate knowledge, and to take confident steps forward; and, furthermore, to provide society with well-educated and capable individuals and to secure a well-prepared future for our country.
